Sam Pritchard

Born in Houston, Sam Pritchard was raised in the Bastrop and Austin area. He has been an active member of the Harrison-Pearson team for the last ten years. During that time, he has focused on property management, raw land, leasing, sales and investments, as well as representing both Buyers and Sellers in transactions. Sam’s knowledge of the Austin and central Texas market has allowed him to provide service to his first-time homebuyers and sellers. When he is not working or fishing, Sam loves time spent on the water, hunting, fishing, the Texas gulf coast, cooking, wood working, camping, traveling to tropical locations and spending as much quality time with his wife, Colleen, son Max, their dog, Lady Bird, and two cats, Rocky and Rufus.
